We’ve all seen the news, the horror stories of hosts requiring 3 pages of check out chores! Not us! As long as you don’t leave us a giant mess, we’re good to go. We just ask you to press start on the dishwasher, and lock the door behind you. That’s it!

All of our properties feature self-check in. No meeting for keys, no finding a key from the local bodega here! Mostly with keyless entry locks, except on those vintage or unique doors that don’t allow it. Check in is seamless, with randomly generated codes provided for check-in via our security partner, Dack.

Our cleaners are world-class. Our cleaners are paid a great wage because we know you want to stay somewhere clean without worry. Our team takes pride in their work, providing a spotless place every time. We avoid the use of harsh cleaners and use ecofriendly where feasible, for your health and ours.

Our coffee program is awesome! We provide locally roasted, fresh, whole beans and burr grinders, so your coffee is always at the peak of freshness. We have drip coffee & French press at all locations; some feature espresso machines. And of course we provide several sweetener types (Torani, organic sugar) and real creamers. Coffee snobs rejoice!

Free Netflix on all TVs. Google Home or Amazon Alexa in common areas. Minimum 100mbps wifi. Some places have smart home functionality (lights, blinds, speakers, etc.)

With the “new normal” of remote work, each of our places has a dedicated workspace with a desk & comfy ergo office chair, along with outlets to plug in all of your devices. Everywhere has at least 100mbps, generally 200mbps or more!

We love to cook, and we hate poorly stocked “hotel” kitchens. We provide quality knives, stainless pots & pans, non-stick pans, copious utensils, flatware, dinnerware, salt & pepper grinders, and more.

Each of our places features a shaker, strainer, jigger, various types of glassware, and more. Some places have “king cube” ice, bar carts, stirrers, and more! Great for relaxing after a long (or short) day.

We only host where we know & love. Need a local recommendation? Ask! We’re foodies, cocktail connoisseurs, beer nerds, coffee snobs, adrenaline junkies, art fans… think of us as your virtual concierge!

What good is a great looking couch if it feels like you’re sitting on a rock? All of our places feature comfy couches, plush or medium mattresses, quality linens, and everything else you’d expect for a supremely comfortable stay.

With very few exceptions, all of our places have free in-unit washers & dryers. We never require (and would never expect) guests to pay to wash their clothes!

We use ecofriendly products such as compostable / recycled plastic bags, source electricity from renewable resources, use unscented washing detergents, provide recycling bins, and use low VOC cleaning products, to name a few!
